The Stockroom was founded in1988, when 21-year-old college student, Stockroom company founder Joel Tucker, began making quality bondage products at an affordable price, something he found lacking in the fetish market. Tucker started distributing his hand-crafted items through a mail-order catalog, and soon after established Stockroom.com, which is known as one of the first e-commerce companies in existence.
