Erik von Gutenberg is proud to announce that the Glas Kat Club Saturday Night is offering a dinner before the Grande Fetish Ball Saturday Night March 13 in San Francisco!

Come early and enjoy a dinner at the Glas Kat Club. Entrance: 7:30 pm

Enjoy a nice dinner in the club, dont stand in line and be part of the Grande Fetish Ball from the very beginning of the evening. Limited Seating, so please book early, first come, first serve!

Here the Menu for the Night:  

Three   Course Dinner

  * ONE GLASS OF DRAFT BEER or WINE  

* CHOICE OF APPETIZERS

Roti : Griddled flatbread w/yellow curry dip.

Crispy Chicken Potsticker : Deep fried asian-style Potsticker  served w/sweet & sour soy sauce.

Imperial Spring Roll : Minced pork, silver noodle, vegetables wrapped w/rice paper and deep fried  served w/sweet chili crushed peanut sauce.

Chili Crushed Calamari : Fried crispy calamari served  w/kaffir lime aioli and spicy cocktail sauce

* CHOICE OF ONE ENTREE

Pad Thai Noodle : Stir fried fresh jumbo prawns, rice noodle, egg, tofu, bean sprouts and crushed peanut in tamarind sauce.

Sweet Mango Chicken : Sauteed sliced chicken breast with spicy chili, garlic, brown sauce, sweet mango, onion and bell pepper.

Spicy Spaghetti (Kee Mao) : Spaghetti with sauteed fresh jumbo prawns, chili, garlic, bell pepper, tomato, green bean, onion and sweet basil.  

Western Teriyaki Short Ribs: Pork baby back ribs, soaked in teriyaki, ginger, hosin and bbq sauce. Steamed slow in our roaster oven until juicy and extra tender.  

Salmon Ginger : Grilled fillet of salmon topped with sautéed mushroom, ginger, yellow onion in a tamarind ginger sauce.

Living Room Sliders: Two 100% ground chuck mini burgers, marinated in Hoisen/ Terriyaki sauce, grilled medium, served w/onions and lettuce on a sweet bun.

DESSERT            

Scoop of French Vanilla Ice Cream

 w/chocolate Drizzle.
